Chicken reshmi Kabab
Taste of curd and butter

Marinate the chicken pieces (it would be better to take chicken breast pieces) with curd, cumin powder, Kabab masala for at least 5 hours. I use non-stick grill pan.. Heat it and brush the pan with butter fry the marinated chicken pieces.

While one side of the chicken pieces seems to be brown in colour flip it to other side and let it to cook.. Whole process is done in a low flame.. Chicken reshmi Kabab is ready to serve
