Take a sauce pan then add 1cup water and spinach and cook it for 2 minute then strain the water and grind it then keep it aside

Heat the oil in a pan then add bay leaves, black pepper cloves and cardamom and fry it for two seconds then add onion and fry it till golden brown colour then add onion paste and fry it for a minute and then add the ginger garlic paste and fry it for a minute then add all powder spices, salt and tomato and fry it till oil gets separate now add spinach paste and paneer cubes and mix it well then add 1/2 cup water and cook for 5 minutes.

Now the palak paneer is ready eat, serve it chapatis or rice.
