Marinate the paneer with curd, cumin powder, Kabab masala for at least 5 hours. I use non-stick grill pan.. Bead the paneer pieces with the skewers now Heat the pan and brush it with butter.. fry the marinated paneer pieces.

While one side of the paneer pieces seems to be brown in colour flip it to other side and let it to cook.. Whole process is done in a low flame.. Paneer lazabab Kabab is ready to serve
