In a sufuria put oil and on heat let it get hot

Add the onions and saute

Add the kidneys and garlic n ginger paste, mix and let cook

Add salt and tomatoes, let them cook till mashy

Add the potatoes and let them cook for a little while to incorporate the flavours

Add the garam masala let cook for 2 min and remove from heat

Now sprinkle the chopped dania

Now ready to be served, with an accompaniment of any vegetables.

Can be served, with rice, chapati, ugali and any other meal
