Heat oil and butter add chicken pieces fry them in a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes, add tomato paste and spices, kasoori methi and salt cook for 2 minutes, add yogurt, cashew paste, fresh cream, garam masala powder stir well cook for 2 minute, add water and cover the pan cook for 10 minutes, now Butter chicken is ready.
