Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgChana
  2. 1Onion
  3. Tomatoes 3 to 4 medium
  4. 2-3Green chilli
  5. 6-7Raw Red chilli
  6. 6-7Karii paata
  7. WHIte zeera 1 /2 tb spoon
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Red chilli powder 1/2 tb spoon
  10. Ginger garlic paste 1 t spn
  11. pinchHaldi
  12. Oil for tarrka

Steps

  1. 1

    Daal ko achi tarah saaf ker k wash kerlein n boil ker ney ko rakhein

  2. 2

    Add salt in daal

  3. 3

    In other pan take chup onion in oil then add ginger garlic paste n let it soft add tomatoes n all spices (salt, red chiili,haldi)

  4. 4

    Now let tomatoes becomes soft then chk dhaal.

  5. 5

    Dhaal soft hujaie to pani almost dry kerlin then add tomatoes mixture in dhaal.

  6. 6

    Take a pan for TARRKA.

  7. 7

    In oil take raw red chilli; white zeera n karry paata n dhaal k upr daal ker cover kerlein.
