Boil noodles.Drain in cool water.drain completely. Add 2 tbsp oil.Heat a pan add oil.
saute garlic and onion.Keep flame high.Add carrot, cabbage and capsicum.
saute till they shrink in size. Do not over cook as the vegetables will loose the crunchiness. - 2
Add salt, soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Give a good mix.
Add the cooked noodles.
add crushed pepper and noodles masala
mix well. Do not over mix as the noodles will break.
serve hakka noodles hot.
