Steps

30 mins.
  1. 1

In a Mixing Bowl, add Rava, Besan and Curd. Pour 1/4 cup of water and mix everything in smooth batter like consistency. Keep in Mind that the batter has to be thick and not runny.

  2. 2

Now add in the Chopped Veggies you like. I have added Grated Carrot, chopped Capisum, boiled corn, frozen peas and peanuts. Fold everything nicely inside the batter.

  3. 3

Now add all the masala inside and mix it well. Finally add the remaining water and whip it with the spoon.

  4. 4

Now add 1 tbsp Oil on the batter and Eno fruit salt over the oil. Now beat it in one direction for 30 sec.

  5. 5

The batter is ready. Now place a non stick deep pan on stove over medium flame. Add 1/2 tbsp Oil, mustard and Seseme Seeds. Once crackled pour 1/4 of the batter. Spread it evenly. Cover with lid for 10 mins. Now flip it to other side drizzle the remaining oil and cook it for 5 mins.

  6. 6

Your Instant Handva is ready to be served. It tastes Amazing when hot. But you'll enjoy it even when cooled down. Cut it into your desired shape. Serve it with ketchup and green chutney.
