Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsfried noodles
  2. 50 gmsfinely sliced onion
  3. 50 gmsshredded carrot
  4. 100 gmsshredded cabbage
  5. 50 gmsketchup
  6. 50 gmsschezwan chutney
  7. 10 gmsvinegar
  8. 10 gmsSoya sauce
  9. 20 gmsfinely chopped garlic, ginger
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. as requiredOil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and heat oil.

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add onion and a pinch of salt

  4. 4

    Add carrot & cook for 2 Mints on medium flame.

  5. 5

    Add half cabbage & bell peppers.

  6. 6

    Add all sauces & salt.

  7. 7

    Let it simmer for a minute.

  8. 8

    Add fried noodles.

  9. 9

    Serve hot without garnished cabbage & other veggies.
