Mix hot water and coffee and set aside.

Sift the flour, bicarb, salt, baking powder, cocoa and sugar in a large bowl

Add the coffee mix, oil and milk to the dry ingredients and beat well for 2 minutes

Add the eggs and vanilla and beat for another 2 minutes

Pour into a greased baking pan or bundt pan and place in oven at 180 degrees convention or 165 degrees fan heated oven for approximately 20-25mins till a toothpick inserted comes.out clean.

For added vuma,.swirl some caramel into the cake. If using a bundt pan, pour half the batter, add the caramel and pour the remaining batter over

Decorate with chocolate ganache and chocolate curls, buttercream, fresh cream, whatever you fancy. Very tasty and super fast to make!
