Githeri mixed with malenge#mystaplefoodrecipecontest

Put sufuria in jiko.. Add some oil,chopped onions,chopped hoho,smashed(garlic,ginger and tumeric)..allow them to cook until the onions are almost turning golden brown

Chop the malenge into small pieces and after washing them,add them to the cooked onions,,stirr and allow them to cook for like 4 minutes..add some water in case it sticks to the sufuria

Put in the chopped tomatoes and allow them to cook for one minute...add in the githeri,,salt,,and some water,,stirr and cover with a lid to allow them to cook

Keep on checking to avoid the malenge to overcook and become smashed...add some water to form your soup preference.... After the malenge is well cooked remove the sufuria from the heat and put in the chopped Dania.Stir to ensure the Dania is well distributed..the food is ready to serve.
