Ingredients

30 minute's
4  person
  1. 1 1/2 TbspOlive oil
  2. 2 TablespoonsMinced Garlic
  3. 1 Onion chopped ( medium sized )
  4. 1/2 CupSoya Granules
  5. 4 Tomato chopped ( medium sized )
  6. 2 tbspTomato puree
  7. 1Carrot chopped (medium sized )
  8. 2-3 tbspSugar
  9. 2 tbsp Basil leaves
  10. 1/4 tspDry thyme
  11. As per tasteBlack pepper powder
  12. To tasteSalt
  13. 400 gmSpaghetti
  14. 2 TbspParmesan cheese

Steps

30 minute's
  1. 1

    Add water to a pan and boil.

  2. 2

    Add spaghetti pasta, olive oil and salt to boiled water.

  3. 3

    Cook it for about 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    After 10 minutes,drain out spaghetti and take it out of cold water.

  5. 5

    Put 1 Tsp of Olive oil on spaghetti and mix well.

  6. 6

    Soak soya granules in hot water for 10 -15 minutes.

  7. 7

    After 15 minutes, filter soya granules and squeeze all the water.

  8. 8

    Heat oil over medium flame in a pan.

  9. 9

    Cook till the onion turns golden.

  10. 10

    Put chopped carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  11. 11

    Now add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes or until tomatoes are cooked.

  12. 12

    Add tomato puree and mix well.

  13. 13

    Mix boiled soya granules, basil, thyme, salt, pepper powder and mix well.

  14. 14

    Place cooked spaghetti in a serving plate.

  15. 15

    Put the prepared sauce on Spaghetti.

  16. 16

    Serve with the parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
