In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients add 3 tbs of oil then the grated lemon add water in bits as you knead until it forms soft dough add another tbs of oil knead until soft cover with a wet towel for 30minutes

Cut the dough into small balls roll them in circles apply oil then fold the dough back to round shape do that to all balls, then heat the pan stat rolling the balls one by one in a warm pan stat by drying one side of the chapati then turn the other side add a tablespoon of cooking oil turn each side to cook enjoy as desired
