Steps

  1. 1

    Wash sorrel leaves and put into a pot. Add in water and bring to a boil. After 3 boils, add in the powders and allow to boil twice

  2. 2

    Sieve the boiled mixture. Add in the sieved cucumber and sugar.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate and serve
