Kesar Angoori Rasgulla

#NavratriSpecial Rasgulla are one of the bengali dessert loved by all of us. This is made up of curdling milk known as Paneer, sugar syrup to give a flavour added kesar threads and cardamon powder.

#NavratriSpecial Rasgulla are one of the bengali dessert loved by all of us. This is made up of curdling milk known as Paneer, sugar syrup to give a flavour added kesar threads and cardamon powder.

First of make Paneer, Give a boil to 1 litre Milk and then add 1tsp lemon juice and the milk will separated now tie that in a cloth and tie for 20mins approx and the soft paneer will come out easily

Now knead well the soft paneer for 10-15 mins add 1tsp Corn flour for nice binding

After kneading very well the dough has become nice smooth now give nice and small ball shape

For sugar syrup take one cup in that add 4cup water and heat the pan

Once the water syrup starts boiling now dip the balls and cover the lid for around 10-12mins

Open the lid and let it boil for another 5mins or so.

Now add flavours and let boiling for 5mins

Now let them rest and cool down they are ready to serve
