Ingredients

  • 1 cupDough flour(maida)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • Stuffing
  • 1/4 cupGrated cabbage
  • 1 small onion Finely chopped
  • 1 tbspCapsicum finely chopped
  • 2 tbspCarrot finely chopped
  • 4-5Garlic cloves crushed
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGinger grated
  • 1 tbspoil for cooking
  • to tasteFresh red chilli chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead a dough of flour with mixing salt, chilli flakes, oil using water

  2. 2

    For stuffing in a pan take oil

  3. 3

    Add garlic, ginger and red chilli chopped

  4. 4

    Now add all the veggies chopped

  5. 5

    Add salt, chilli flakes and cook

  6. 6

    Bring stuffing to room temp.

  7. 7

    Roll out thin chapatis of dough

  8. 8

    Stuff the mixture we prepared

  9. 9

    Give a desired shape of dimsum

  10. 10

    Steam in a steamer for 10-12 mins on medium flame

  11. 11

    Serve hot with mayonnaise or chilli tomato chutney
