Steps

Wash the chicken and keep it aside.

Take mint leaves and coriander leaves wash it and keep aside.

Take a pan heat some oil. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown.

Now take a blender add coriander leaves, mint leaves, cashews, almonds, fried onions and salt. Blend it to smooth paste.

Mix the paste with the chicken and keep it for marination for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour.

Now take a wok add oil and then add ginger garlic paste, saute for few minutes and then add sliced onions.

Fry it nicely. Now add the chicken. Cook it till water evaporates and oil separates.

Enjoy with roti or naan.
