Steps

Wash your fish with salt aand warm water

Grind scotch bonnet cloves amd gingetlr together

Chop your onions

Now in a seperate bowl add your scotch bonnet cloves, ginger, curry, seasonings and onions and mix then bring your washed fish and apply the mixture on all part of the fish

Marinate the fish for like 30mints inside your refrigrerator
- 6
Now bring out your steamer and put the fish and steam for like 30mints and your fish is ready
