Steamed Veg Momos is a popular recipe of Tibet, Bhutan and Nepal. Momos are very easy to prepare with refined flour and some veggies. Serve these sizzling hot and steamy pots of taste and goodness with tangy Garlic Chutney.
I have written a small poem on Momos which goes as below -
Presenting Yummy Momos 🍥!!
Soft white fluffy bags of heaven; 🍽😋
Wrapped to hide some healthy greens 🥗
Feel your mouth water as the flour melts
Red Chutney vit Millions of chillies to give that tangy taste

Heat a oil and add methi dana and all the ingredients saute all well.
once it is cooled down, remove the skin of tomato.In blender add peeled tomatoes, red chillies, ginger, garlic methi dana - 2
Add salt as per the taste.
grind all the mixture to form a smooth paste.Finally, your momo chutney is ready and enjoy with your choice of momos or veg momos - 3
Mix the maida, salt and oil knead to a stiff dough with water.
Heat oil and add the ginger and garlic.
Saute over high heat and add the carrot and cabbage. Turn around over high heat.Take it off the heat and mix in the Soya sauce, salt, and black pepper. - 4
Firstly in a large kadhai heat oil. saute ginger garlic and vegetables.
Add water and get to a boil.
now add maggi masala and noodles.
mix well and cook till the water is absorbed completely. - 5
Now add soy sauce.
Roll the dough thin and rounds.
Take a round, wet edges and place some filling in the center.
Bring edges together to cover the filling. Twist to seal and fill the rest in the same way.
Steam for about 10 minutes and serve with momos chutney
