Steps

Take a deep bottomed pan, heat it and boil 4 cup of water in it,meanwhile grind cardamom into a fine powder. add sugar cardamom saffron and stir until all the sugar granules get dissolve and syrup is formed.

Now place another pan on medium flame and melt ghee and pistachios,almonds. mix gram flour and stir until the colour turns into light golden brown.

Pour the sugar syrup into roasted ground flour. mix well till thick consistency is achieved.

Let the halwa cook for 2 minutes & mix all the dry fruits.

Mix the rose water and serve it warm.
