Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the coarsely ground bread mix well refrigerte 30 minutes if too runny or u can add more bread crumbs

Now wet hands scoop out a ball of mixture roll over bread crumbs flatten between palms and with index finger make a hole in centre shaping them like donuts

Deep fry in hot oil at low flame till brown and crisp from both sides

Serve with tomato ketchup mint chutney
