Puff the yeast to check if it's good by adding the yeast, sugar to the warm water allow to puff for 5 minutes.

Add in nutmeg, and flour and mix well. Cover and allow it in a warm place for 40 to 1 hour to rise properly.

Heat up your oil in a medium heat. And scoop in the batter making it as round as possible when scooping,(an Ice cream scoop might help here.) When golden brown remove from oil and drain out the excess oil and serve.

You can eat this with chocolate sauce, sugar, plain, pepper etc.
