Heat oil and temper cumin seeds and bay leaf

Add ginger garlic minced,stir well

Add onion chopped and saute for few minutes

Add cumin coriander powder and salt saute until it gets brown

Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder

Now add the boiled chickpeas and mix well

Add chaat masala and sugar and serve
