Not well these days.. and was keenly interested in participating this multitech week challenge... so here is my first recipe easy and healthy to first day of pressure cooking! #technique1

Ingredients

5-6 bowls
  1. 250 gcracked wheat/ dalia
  2. 2 tspblack mustard seeds
  3. 1 tbspSmoked mustard oil
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 1carrot chopped
  7. 1capsicum chopped
  8. 5-6curry leaves
  9. 500 ml (Double quantity) water to cracked wheat
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. To tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pour oil in the pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    Add the mustard seeds, let them splutter and then add the curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Add all the veggies saute for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Now add salt and red chilli powder to it.

  5. 5

    Then add the soaked cracked wheat and pour water to it.

  6. 6

    Pressure cook it till it whistles once.

  7. 7

    Serve hot garnished with curry leaves or cilantro leaves.
