Ingredients

  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupvegetable oil
  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the eggs in a bowl, add in the sugar beat until its foamy

  2. 2

    Add the oil in the mixture and beat until its well mixed

  3. 3

    Mix the flour and the baking powder then add to the mixture in the bowl. Add the milk if the batter is too thick.

  4. 4

    Prepare a baking tin then pour the batter in the baking tin. Put the tin in a pre heated oven, bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees celsius
