Grind the urad dal in a mixer. The consistency must be thick and not flowy. Let the dal rest for 10-15 mins. Deep fry the dal batter in making small ball and fry until golden. After frying put the wadas in the water for 5 mins.

Churn the curd. Add sugar according to your taste.

Now squeeze the extra water from the wadas and place it into the plate put curd on the wadas put mithi and green chutneys sprinkle jeera powder, rock salt,chilli powder, chat masala and coriander leaves. And serve

Will taste good if the curd is cold
