Ingredients

  1. for vada
  2. 1 cupurad dal , washed and soaked overnight
  3. for mithi chutney
  4. 1 cupdates
  5. 1/2 cupimli
  6. 1 cupjaggery
  7. 1 tsproasted jeera powder
  8. 1pinch salt
  9. for green chutney
  10. as needed strands of mint leaves
  11. as needed strands of coriander
  12. 1Small piece ginger
  13. 2-3green chillies
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. for serving
  16. as neededCurd
  17. to tasteSugar
  18. 1/2 tspRoasted jeera powder
  19. to tasteRed chilli powder
  20. to tasteRock salt
  21. 1/4 tspChat masala
  22. 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the urad dal in a mixer. The consistency must be thick and not flowy. Let the dal rest for 10-15 mins. Deep fry the dal batter in making small ball and fry until golden. After frying put the wadas in the water for 5 mins.

  2. 2

    Churn the curd. Add sugar according to your taste.

  3. 3

    Now squeeze the extra water from the wadas and place it into the plate put curd on the wadas put mithi and green chutneys sprinkle jeera powder, rock salt,chilli powder, chat masala and coriander leaves. And serve

  4. 4

    Will taste good if the curd is cold
