Boil Green Peas and Potato together and remove the Excess water. Now add Chopped Onions, Coriander and mix it together, Add Salt as per need.

Pani Making Procedure
Now in a separate container add Coriander + Mint leaves + Green Chillies + Jeera + Pepper + Tamarind (in size of leamon) + Black salt + Normal Salt + Jaggery (in size of leamon) - 3
Grind all the ingredients in Step 2 and make it as a PASTE. Now add water as per need. Your PANI is ready

Put masala made in step 1 in PURI and fill it PANI and Enjoy you PANI and PURI
