Clean n Wash dhaal properly n let it soak for 5 to 10 mints

Now take handi n add 5 t0 6 glass of water n add washed dhaal n start cooking

Add spices onion n tomato in it n cover them n let them cook.

When water decome dry n dhaal z soft then take anothr pan n add oil n ginger garlic paste add pour as Tarka on dhaal.

In the last add losts of cutted green chiili n chopped corienders leaves. N serve with nan or roti.
