Ingredients

  1. Channay 2½ cups / ½ kg (Boiled)
  2. 1/2 cupYogurt
  3. 1 tblsGinger garlic paste
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tspHaldi
  6. 1 tblsCoriander powder
  7. 1 tspZeera crushd
  8. 1 tspBlack pepper crushed
  9. Salt ½ tsp (as to taste)
  10. 2 cupsWater
  11. 2-3Green chillies
  12. 1 tblschaat masala/Aamchoor powder
  13. 1 tblsGinger Julien
  14. Oil ¾ cup (pona cup)

Cooking Instructions

    Oil garam kr k tamam masala jaat daal dien. Halka sa pka ke ginger garlic paste daal dien. 1 min pakny dien phir dahi daal dien or 1 min pkayein.

    2 cup chanay eik side pr kr dien or ½ cup channay ko pees lien. Or masalay mien daal kr pkayein.

    Jb oil nikalny lggay to baki 2 cup chanay daal kr mix krein. Or 2 cup pani daal kr pakny dien.

    Jbb channay pakny lggym to chaat masala daal dein or pkny dien.

  5. 5

    Jb ghee surface pr aa jaye to harri michon or julian cut ginger se garnish kr k serve krein.
