Boil and cool potatoes and mash it add salt, garam masala, Coriander,laung powder lemon juice mix them very well and make balls equal portion. Now in besan add baking soda, salt,lal mirch powder,oil and water mix them and make semi liquid. Heat the pan on gas add oil and dip potato balls in besan and fry them till it's brown and crispy,transfer to plate serve with tomato sauce and green chutney and tea.
