Dry roast Chana dal, Urad dal, moong dal separately till turns golden brown. Allow to cool down, grind fine powder. Heat the ghee add dal powder mix and fry till ghee combines well. Allow to cool.

Transfer to bowl add powdered sugar or Jaggery,(sweet to taste) cardamom powder, coconut powder,dry fruits and nuts, mix well, make laddus. Healthy Dal laddus ready.
