Chicken and spinach enchilada dinner casserole

boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked & shredded • onion, chopped • cream of mushroom soup • cream of chicken soup • I can Rotel, with lime & cilantro • Fresh baby spinach • garlic, minced fine • cumin • Shredded jack or cheddar cheese, enough to cover the top of dish • Corn or flour tortillas, I thought I had corn but I had flour. Worked very well
