- Toasting the rice first and using stock makes all the difference. Thank you so much for your recipe! I used turmeric instead and did not have salsa, and this recipe still came out perfectly. - Excellent results! My boyfriend liked these : ) I substituted sweet potatoes, and I didn't have powdered milk so I added a tablespoon of flour with the onions when they were nearly done sautéing, and then 2 tablespoons of soy milk after the flour browned for a few minutes. (Some of the liquid from the milk evaporates and the rest combines with the flour, so if someone wants to try that substitution, just be sure to not add any liquid to the potatoes, or the croquettes won't hold together. Gotta cook it out) I also suggest absorbing some of the excess liquid from the mashed potatoes as well. Thank you for sharing this recipe! 🗻🍠🤗 Añadir comentario
