Tonkatsu With Sesame Miso Sauce
Deep fried pork cutlet with shredded cabbage, and 2 kinds of sauce. Sesame miso and soy sauce.
Cooking Instructions

Sprinkle salt and pepper to the pork cutlet, leave it for 10 minutes

Mix miso paste, roasted ground sesame seeds, and olive oil.

Heat some soy sauce, add mirin and sugar.

After 10 minutes, cover pork cutlet with flour, then egg, then panko bread crumbs.

Then deep fry until it's cooked and crisp.
