Ingredients

  1. 2medium potatoes
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 tbspowder milk
  4. 1 tbsbutter
  5. mozzarella cheese
  6. 1large egg
  7. 3 tbsall purpose flour
  8. breadcrumps
  9. salt and pepper
  10. vegetable oil

    In a pot put water and potatoes and bring it to a boil. Cook potatoes until a skewer goes through the potato easily. Mash the potatoes.

    Chop onion, in skillet heat butter on medium high seat. Saute onion until soft.

    Add the onion, milk, salt, and pepper into mashed potato.

    Start making korokke balls, put mozzarella cheese inside korokke

  5. 5

    Dredge each ball in flour, egg, and breadcrumps.

  6. 6

    Store in the refrigerator for 30 min. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium high heat, deep fry korokke until they are golden brown.
