- Made this evening with a sirloin steak sliced on top. I didn't have star anise or cloves so I roasted the onion, ginger and some spring onion ends in some oil and mixed spice before adding to the stock. I also covered the steak in mixed spice before cooking. Great way to use up some leftover beef and vegetable stock. I always thought of pho as a long, laborious cook but now I can see this becoming a staple weekday meal! Thank you for the inspiration 🤩 Añadir comentario
