Steamed creamy salmon & veg

Not a great photo but one of my mum's very quick and easy one pan recipes which always comes out delicious. Can change up the vegetables and even use chicken instead of salmon if sliced thinly. I fried the salmons skins to make them crispy afterwards but you can take them off or just eat them as they are.

Slice all the vegetables thinly

Add the vegetables to a pan
- 3
Add the salmon on top of the vegetables
- 4
Add wine and salt and pepper to the pan
- 5
Cover and cook on a medium heat
- 6
Take out the salmon once cooked (the colour will change). You don't want to keep the salmon there the whole time as it will go too hard.

Once the veg has cooked, turn off the heat and mix some mayonnaise into the vegetables (I had a little bit of cream cheese leftover in the fridge so I used this too). If you have cream you can use that.

Serve the salmon with the veg on top with a little sprinkling of paprika. Lovely with some new potatoes and a glass of white wine ❤️
