Pad Kee Mao, or Drunken Noodles, is a flavorful stir-fried noodle dish that kicks up the heat compared to Pad See Ew. There are many recipes for layered and steamed cabbage and pork, but I like the rich flavor of oyster sauce so I tried creating my own version.By freezing the cabbage, the fibers get broken down and become very soft when cooked. If you don't have the time you can skip this step though! Use this trick when you need soft cabbage leaves for cabbage rolls and so on. For 2 small servings. Recipe by Yamatomon cookpad.japan -

I haven't cooked for myself in a while. On this trip back to my hometown, I wanted to make a dry-fried ground pork with holy basil, similar to southern Thai 'kua kling.' I had all the ingredients, including wild holy basil growing in the backyard. Time to get cooking!(Wild holy basil usually grows naturally, has smaller leaves than regular holy basil, and is more aromatic and spicier.) ต่อต่อTranslated from Cookpad Thailand -
