Ingredients

  1. 15Green chilli pepper
  2. 105Red chilli pepper
  3. 1 tablespoonShrimp sauce
  4. Seasoning
  5. 1cooking spoon Hot veg oil
  6. 1 cloveGarlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Roast the peppers in oven and peel the skin and remove seeds

  2. 2

    Place in a mortar with the garlic and mash until smooth

  3. 3

    Add shrimp sauce and seasoning and continue mashing

  4. 4

    Then pour the little hot veg oil in and mash for 30sec
