Fried hake fish with Indonesian roasted pepper sauce traditionally made with their local cobek but i used a mortar..
Cooking Instructions

Roast the peppers in oven and peel the skin and remove seeds
- 2
Place in a mortar with the garlic and mash until smooth
- 3
Add shrimp sauce and seasoning and continue mashing
- 4
Then pour the little hot veg oil in and mash for 30sec
