  1. 6-8White bread
  2. For filling
  3. 1 cupBoil potatoes mashed
  4. 1 tspChopped chilli
  5. 2 tspChopped coriander
  6. 1 tspCumin
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  9. For batter
  10. 1/2 cupBesan(gram flour)
  11. 1/2 tspTurmuric Powder
  12. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 2 tspGreen coriander chopped
  15. 1 tspGarlic paste
  16. 2 tbspRice flour
  17. Water as required
  18. As neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a mashed potatoes in a bowl. add green chilli, coriander, cumin, salt, red chilli powder.mix it well with help of spoon. Now keep aside this filling.

    After that Than take another bowl. add besan, garlic paste, salt, turmuric Powder, Red Chilli powder, coriander leaves, and rice flour. mix it well. Now add water and make a smooth batter. keep it rest for 10 minutes.

    Now take a bread slice. spread the potatoes mixture on top of bread. now keep another bread on the top. press gently with palm. now cut it with knife in triangle shape. make all pakode like this one.

    After that take a pakoda.dip in to besan batter.now fry it hot oil.fry it on medium flame. until it's become golden colour. flip pakode both side. serve with sause aur tea.ready to serve crispy delicious bread pakoda.😋🤩😋
