Shallow Fry the Tengra fish on medium flame to remove the raw smell don't over fry fish so you can get the flavor of the specific fish..

Now add 1 teaspoon mustard oil and fry the cubed cutted Brinjals until golden brown.. Keep them aside.. Then add 1 table spoon mustard oil and add some fenugreek seeds saute it for 5 second..

Then add a paste made of 3 green chilli, 2 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, some coriander leaves saute the paste for 1 minute when fried smell has come then add little water so the spices will cook well now add half teaspoon turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt as required..

Mix all the spices well add saute them until oil has come out of the spices.. Now add 1 cup water and let it to boil then add the fish and brinjal pieces and some fresh chopped coriander leaves.. Let it cook in low medium flame for 5 minutes.. Tengra begun is ready to serve
