Ingredients

serving 4 -6 se
  1. 250gram, Pasta elbow
  2. 2cups, Beef mince
  3. 8tablespoon, Oil
  4. 2, Tamato
  5. 1(large), onion
  6. 1teaspoon, Garlic paste
  7. 1teaspoon, Ginger paste
  8. Daniya., one hand full
  9. 4-6, Green chillies
  10. 1teaspoon, Salt
  11. 2teaspoon, Red chilly powder
  12. 1 teaspoonDaniya powder,
  13. Haldi, 1\2 teaspoon
  14. 1teaspoon, Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    First of all we have to boil pasta in water and also add salt in the boiling water, when it will boil add 2 tablespoon of oil on pasta

    Take a pan put oil in the pan and after 1 min put the onion inside the pan,and when the colour of the onion become brown then we add beef mince, ginger,garlic pasta and fry them for 4 min, then we have to put all the spices in the pan

    After putting all the spices we have to put 2-3 cups of water,and wait for a while and when the mince become dry, it become ready then we have to put green chillies, daniya,and lemon juice

    Then we have to mix the beef mince with the boiled pasta and cook it on a very low flame for half min, then the qeema microni become ready to serve 👌
