Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/8pumpkin
  2. ★1/2 teaspoon salad oil
  3. ★1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  4. ★A pinch salt
  5. ★A pinch pepper
  6. 1/4broccoli
  7. 10 gprocessed cheese
  8. 3 gsliced almonds
  9. ☆1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  10. ☆1/2 tablespoon mustard
  11. ☆1/2 tablespoon honey

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove guts and seeds from pumpkin and cut into bite-size pieces. Microwave it for 7 minutes, then sprinkle "★" and let it cool.

    Divide the broccoli into small bunches. Boil and cool further. (Do not soak in water) Roast almonds on a pan. Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes and mix with "☆".

    Mix everything together and sprinkle with almonds.
