Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/8pumpkin
  • ★1/2 teaspoon salad oil
  • ★1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • ★A pinch salt
  • ★A pinch pepper
  • 1/4broccoli
  • 10 gprocessed cheese
  • 3 gsliced almonds
  • ☆1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ☆1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • ☆1/2 tablespoon honey

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove guts and seeds from pumpkin and cut into bite-size pieces. Microwave it for 7 minutes, then sprinkle "★" and let it cool.

  2. 2

    Divide the broccoli into small bunches. Boil and cool further. (Do not soak in water) Roast almonds on a pan. Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes and mix with "☆".

  3. 3

    Mix everything together and sprinkle with almonds.
