Put your sieve flour into a bowl,add spices salt and maggi I add attrugu add maggi.then mix to combine,add the oil and water then knead with hand.

Scoop into a balls and dust over with flour.pick each ball and deflate to a very thick sheet,cut into desire shape.make air holes with fork and fry in oil.
