Ingredients

  1. 200 gflour
  2. 1 tsprosemary
  3. 1 tspthyme
  4. 1 tspdry chili powder
  5. 1 tsporegano
  6. 1 tspcumin
  7. 1 tspHimalayan salt
  8. 25 gfresh yeast
  9. 120 mlwater
  10. 80 mlolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Crush all herbs in a mortar until reaching fine powder

  2. 2

    Crush the yeast and mix with sifted flour

  3. 3

    Mix flour, spices, salt then add yeast, olive oil, mix the fought and add water little by little. Let rest 30 mins min.

    Roll the dought and cut it in 3 pieces, you will work 1 piece at a time. Put the 2 other pieces in fridge meanwhile.

    Process the 1 piece in your pasta machine increasing from 0 to 5. Between each steps powder some flour atop.

    Line up on a baking sheet, add salt flakes and put in pre-heated oven. Slice with a pizza slicer to the preferred size. Once texture starts to brownish take out and turn upside down for few minutes. Repeat process with remaining 2 dought rolls.
