  1. 3large zucchini
  2. 2eggs
  3. 2 cupsbreadcrumbs
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli
  7. 1 tspcurry powder

Cooking Instructions

    Prep your ingredients. Wash and cut your zucchini into wedge's. Mix the dry ingredients together.Preheat your oven to 180 degree's.

    Dip the wedges into the beaten egg then dredge into the breadcrumbs.

    Arrange the wedges into a greased baking sheet.Bake at 180degrees for 20-30 mins depending on how crispy u want them

    Serve with your preferred dip.Enjoy warm.
