  2. 1 tMexican oregano
  3. 3/4 tgarlic powder
  4. 1/2 tcumin
  5. 1/2 tsmoked paprika
  6. 1/2 tonion powder
  7. 1large pinch kosher salt & black pepper

    Toss zucchini with enough oil to coat.
