  3. 1 tablespoonlaal mirch powder 1/2 teaspoon haldi
  4. 1 teaspoondhaniya powder, 1/2 teaspoon gram masala
  5. hasb e zaiqa namak 1 tablespoon oil 2 to 3 onions finely chop
  6. 2-3tomatoes chop
  7. 1Capsicum chop
  8. Fresh parsley 1/4 cup chop Salt to taste

    🏵️ Dough Method:

    * sab se pahle aaty main salt aur olive oil daal kar mix kar lain.

    *ab yeast jo ghool kar rakhi thi use aaty aaty main daal kar aata ghoondh lain normally jaise ghondhti hain.

    *pani ki zarurat ho tu beech main daal lain. phir aaty ko her traf halk se oil lagakar khub achi terha cover kerke 2 se 3 ghanty kam se kam kisi gram jagah pe rakh dain.

    🔉 Ajkal winters hain tu dough ko rise hone main zada time lgta hai, isliye aaty ko aisi jagah rakhain jahan thand kam ho.

    🏵️ QEEMA FILLING Method :

    *oil gram kerke ginger garlic paste add karein then Qeema daal kar thoda sa bhoon lain.

    *tamam dry masale (except gram masala) daal kar thoda sa bhoon lain phir dheemi anch pe bilkul thoda sa pani daal kar qeema gala lain.

    *jab qeema gal jaye gram masala add kerke 2 se 3 min achi terhan bhoon lain.

    *ab chop onions, tomatoes aur capsicum add kerke mix karen 2 se 3 min pakayen then parsley add kar flame off kar dain.

    🌺 Pide Making & Baking:

    *dough ke 4 se 5 hisse kerke balls bana lain, phir in balls ko oval shape main bail lain.

    🔉 PIDE ko bohut thick nahi rakhna hai, pizza ke muqablay thoda thin crust hota hai iska. So not so thick not so thin.

    *beech main Qeema rakhain (vertically) aur dough ke dono kinaron ko fold kar dain

    *sides pe egg lagayen brush ki help se thode black ya white till sprinkle kar dain.

    *uper se ager chahen tu tomatoes air capsicum slices se garnish karen.

    Mozzarella cheese ki filling ki bhi ki sakti hai. (sirf cheese dale gi aur sath kuch bhi nahi dalna)

    *qeeme pe bhi cheese ki topping kar sakti hain.

    🔉 Baking tray main pahle oil laga lain phir pide ko rakhain.

    🔉 Pides ki directly baking dish main hi shape dain, werna baking dish main pide ko tranfer kerna mushkil hojyega.

    *10 se 12 min 200 main bake karen, last main grill on kerke oper se colour de lain.

    *pides nikal kar gram gram pides pe butter laga kar kuch dair cover kar dain.
