Take 1/2kg palak and 1 kg palak and lehsan

Take 1/2 cup oil and lehsan paste add in to oil and cooking for 5 to 6 min and add kalyji

Take 3 tomatoes and 4 to 5 sbz mirch and cut it add salt according to their taste

Add lal mirch and haldi powder and cooked for 5 to 10 min

Add palak in to this paste and cooked for 15 min now palak kaluji is ready
