Stir fry onion, garlic and dried shrimp. Add Sengkuang and carrot

Add sugar, soy sauce and pepper. Cook till fragrant
- 3
Put Tauhu in airfryer for 5 min 160°C
- 4
Scoop cooked vege in top with shredded cucumber, mango and egg strips
- 5
Garnish with fried shallots and set sweet Chilli sauce at the side for dipping
